PRODUCTION
All Conni Mainne jewelry is hand made in California. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 days. Items made to order can take 4-6 weeks for production.

SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the state of California will incur sales tax of 7.375%

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS 2-Day, unless otherwise specified.

Domestic shipping fees applied based on jewelry value:
Under $500: $12
$500-$1000: $25
$1000-$5000: $35
$5000-$10,000: $50

JEWELRY CARE
I wish you many years of enjoyment with your new piece of Conni Mainne jewelry! Here are a few tips to ensure longevity:

I recommend applying perfume or other sprays before putting on your jewelry.
Do not wear jewelry while showering, exercising, swimming or gardening.
Platinum-enhanced Sterling is tarnish resistant, but not tarnish proof and can still tarnish through time and wear. To clean, use a soft polishing cloth on the shiny parts, never the blackened areas.
Gold or silver jewelry can be cleaned using mild soapy water and a soft toothbrush.

MATERIALS
All of Conni Mainne jewelry is made by hand in California. My pieces are made in either Platinum-enhanced Sterling, or 18kt gold. Platinum-enhanced Sterling is one of the greenest metals used in jewelry, comprised of 97.5% recycled metal. My 18k gold is also made of recycled metal.

I only use natural, ethically-sourced, fine quality gemstones, pearls, and diamonds that are conflict-free and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. My colorless, round-cut diamond quality is the very finest cut, G-H in color, SI clarity, or better.

The black on the Platinum-enhanced Sterling is a chemical oxidation. Over time, the black will wear to reveal the silver beneath, creating a uniquely enhanced finish. This is a natural process. Re-oxidizing can be done for the cost of shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As I often create customized items based on your unique specifications of size and metal choice, I do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or greater value than the item purchased. Personalized (including specific ring sizing), or other custom orders beyond the first 24 hours after ordering are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Your credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

Prior to shipping your return, please contact me at 707-937-2311 for a return authorization code. Any returns sent without return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured. Conni Mainne is not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
